Shawn Walsh

Shawn is the Chief Finance and Operations Office for New Frontier Immigration Law in Phoenix, AZ. In this role he oversees all finances and operations for the 127 person company that was recently listed on the Inc 5000 list as the 859th fastest growing small business in America over the last 4 years. New Frontier is also the 11th fastest growing law firm in America and the fastest in Arizona. The firm's mission is to help 1 million people live free in the United States. Shawn is a 20 year veteran of the US Air Force where he primarily flew F-16 fighter jets and led a squadron of 287 personnel, 12 jets, and a budget of over $300M. He is a graduate of Columbia Business School's CFO program and earned a Master's Degree from King's College, London. He is a father of 4 beautiful children and his wife Hillary is the CEO of New Frontier which she founded in 2018.
